Some World Junior Stats for the US Team

Texas has the most athletes represented (based on high school attended) with 10.  Georgia is next with 9.   Ohio and Florida each have 6 and New York has 5.

Three high schools have 2 athletes represented:  Detroit Country Day (Beverly Hills, MI) with Kendall Baisden and Dartis Willis; Anderson (Lauderdale Lakes, FL) with Shayla Sanders and Kali Davis-White; St. Pius X (Atlanta, GA) with Shelby Ashe and Nikita Kirillov.

Three other US towns have 2 athletes each, though they don't attend the same high school.  Aldrich Bailey (Timberview) and Shelbi Vaughan (Legacy) are both from Mansfield, TX. 

Kyle King (Grafton) and Kiara Porter (Tabb) are both from Yorktown, VA.  Haley Crouser (Gresham) and Arthur Delaney (Barlow) are both from Gresham, OR.

Both female high jumpers are from Ohio:  Maddie Morrow (Hoover, North Canton) and Taylor Burke (Medina).

Both female javelin thrower are from Oregon:  Haley Crouser (Gresham) and Briana Bain (Aloha).

Both male triple jumpers are from Texas:   Jarrion Lawson (Liberty Eylau, Texarkana) and Felix Obi (Franklin, El Paso).

Both male discus throwers are also from Texas:   Rodney Brown (Navasota) and Dalton Rowan (Oak Ridge, Conroe).
