KENNETH J. STILL has been Athletic Director of the Boston Public Schools since 2003. He holds a M.Ed. from Boston University, a BA from Brandeis University and was a member of the 1967 class of Boston’s English High School.
He has spent his professional life within academia starting as a History teacher at Grover Cleveland, Boston Latin and Madison Park High Schools within the Boston Public School system for 13 years, as a Guidance Counselor at Madison Park, Boston English and John D. O’Bryant high schools for nine years. He also coached the Boston Latin School and Boston English School’s basketball teams for 12 years.
Mr. Stills then moved on to the collegiate world. First as the basketball coach at Brandeis University for nine years and then as Director of the Baulfor Academy at Northeastern University for 10 years.
Mr. Still enjoys reading and watching his three children participate in sports. He is married to Theresa Holland-Still.
